When you think about it, people use drugs to feel good for a moment

There are people, even many wealthy ones, who ruin their lives just to feel good.
But choosing Starbucks over cheap coffee,
eating Häagen-Dazs instead of cheap ice cream,
and wearing branded clothing
is actually quite rational.
Even though I've been going to Starbucks, eating Häagen-Dazs, and eating premium meat these past few days,
