Do overseas fans who aren't familiar with the domestic Korean market understand why that girl group keeps winning awards?

‌
Still, if they are K-pop fans,
at least they should know
what position RESCENE holds in our country right now.
Or maybe not.
I also like certain American pop singers,
but I don't know who is actually popular in the US.
I wonder if they are similar to me.
Or maybe they just find it interesting.
