A group of cyclists while walking by the stream earlier

I was walking along Jungnangcheon, and there's a bike path right next to it.
Just then, a group of cyclists passed by.
Instead of saying something like "Excuse me, passing through" to a person riding a bike alone,
they just went "Hey, hey, hey!" and ignored him while zooming past lol
The man riding alone just stared at them with such a bewildered expression lol
