What foods have changed your taste buds as you've gotten older?

I used to hate the strong, pungent smell of Cheonggukjang (extra-strong fermented soybean paste) so much that
I wouldn't even touch it, but since last year, I've fallen in love with its spicy and savory flavor.
Now, I even endure the smell because I've grown to love it so much.
