Abalone is surprisingly delicious

I steamed a few pieces of abalone that my parents weren't eating, without thinking much of it, and it was surprisingly delicious. It was my first time eating abalone.
The flavor is completely different from mussels, oysters, or shrimp.
If you cook them all together, the flavors might clash.
I should buy and eat this more often.
