I watched a YouTuber with cerebral palsy, and it wasn't what I expected..

Their behavior might be unusual, but their cognitive abilities are almost the same as a neurotypical person.
There is a very famous YouTuber with cerebral palsy called "Manneungbal" (All-purpose Foot)...
I wonder if this person is exceptional, or if other people with cerebral palsy are similar..
