Current pro-Japanese factions in Korea are not "Ilppong" (Japan enthusiasts)

You can view them as three different groups.
Pro-US, Pro-China factions (Pro-Japanese faction) = Conservative right-wing capitalists who were pro-Japanese during the Japanese colonial era; they cling only to the strong, and since Japan has declined, they no longer follow it (they even pretend to be anti-Japanese).
Anti-Japanese, Anti-US factions = Nationalists, independence movement forces.
Pro-Japanese, Anti-US factions = Instead of sucking up to the powerful US which benefits them, they cling to the fallen Japan and try to bring it back to life.
Park Chung-hee, Park Geun-hye, Yoon Suk-yeol ← They are favorable toward Japan, but because they tried to escape US colonialism through anti-US stances, they were assassinated, impeached, or sent to prison by the US.
