Is Seoul Grand Park worth visiting?

I heard they have snow tigers and red pandas...
Last time I went to the Everland safari,
the tigers, bears, and lions were all just sleeping.
My kids were all throwing tantrums because they were sleeping too..
It won't be that bad, right?
