August Running Wrap-up (feat. Daegu Masters Half Marathon)

Hello everyone!!
Now that the weather has cooled down a bit,
running feels much more refreshing
than it did in July and August.
I recently visited Daegu,
and seeing how hard and well the seniors were running
really made me realize that age is just a number.
It was a wonderful race where I felt inspired
by their passion for running.
Now, there are only 60 days left until the Chuncheon Marathon.
My body isn't quite keeping up with my training,
so it feels harder than before
and my recovery is getting slower.
I can feel my legs aching and tingling more and more.
Still, I am running whenever I can find the time.
Please everyone, be careful of injuries
