Wasn't Jang Jae-seok a player who underperformed compared to his draft rank?

At some point, domestic basketball started focusing on defensive play and became incredibly boring, so I haven't watched it in about ten years.
Watching the terrestrial broadcast today, I don't recognize a single person except for Jang Jae-seok.
Before I gave up on domestic basketball, I remember Jang Jae-seok being what people commonly call a "scapegoat" (someone who gets all the hate),
but he's playing incredibly well today;;
The balance of the domestic basketball rosters has improved significantly over the last ten years;;
