The position of Team Leader varies case by case, but it is tough

It has been a year of many changes in various ways.
Moving from being an ordinary field office employee
to a location handling major machinery, and even reaching a Team Leader level...
(Even if I don't know the machines, I'm a senior in the company, so I'm in charge of all sorts of general things)
A major part of my job is mediating between the CEO and the field veterans, which is quite daunting @.@
A month feels like a single week ㄷㄷ
I have to learn the field work, and I still have to handle the handover for office work, so it's busy.
