Chzzk is consuming a massive amount of grid data

Since it's vacation time, I've been playing WoW Forever at home all day
and I left a Chzzk streamer's broadcast on like a radio.
I kept getting notifications every day saying I exceeded my QoS limit,
and when I checked, the upload usage was incredibly high.
Should I look into a workaround for this?
