Workplace stress is overwhelming

I'm a civil servant, and if I weren't married, I'd want to quit immediately.
The culture is incredibly conservative and nauseating, and they just dump all the grunt work on me.
There's also a lot of unfair reprimanding...
I was much happier when I worked for a private company. T_T
Before I go to sleep, I spend my time imagining hundreds of scenarios where I throw my resignation letter right in my team leader's face.
That's the only way I can relieve some of the stress.
Starting a family, having two kids, and having a harmonious home—everything is great, but just making a living is truly not easy.
