I lost 12kg in 3 months with Mounjaro and stopped 2 months ago, but...

I am losing so much hair.
I do have a family history of hair loss, but
my forehead has always been full, and I've spent my whole life being told at hair salons that I have too much hair.
However, at a salon recently, they told me that the crown area looks thinner than usual.
Is this hair loss progressing, or is this just a natural occurrence after losing weight? ㅜㅜ
I never once thought I would have to worry about hair loss.
It's not an M-shaped hairline issue (0% possibility), it's a problem with the crown.
Should I start taking medication immediately?
