Is General Ttol-i the representative anti-communist animation?? (The 3rd Tunnel)

I've only heard the name General Ttol-i, the one who catches spies.
And... what was that fairy thing?? The protagonist goes over to North Korea with a fairy,
becomes a giant, and while smashing North Korea, the fairy sees a dog
and makes a mistake, causing the protagonist to shrink again...
Turns out it was all in a dream.. haha, I do remember that part.
It was aired on wired TV back then. haha
Isn't Marine X and Super Titan also anti-communist animations??
