Controversy over someone pooping during a HYROX competition

They had diarrhea but kept going with the competition... and they even took 1st place.
Between this and the period issues at that Chinese marathon,
I absolutely cannot say that kind of thing is "great mental strength."
Both are issues of self-management.
I tried to copy the photos and videos, but I didn't because it was too gross.
