Does anyone use a Salomon backpack?

I'm currently using the Trailblazer 30, but
whenever I put things in it,
the bag doesn't hold its shape, so it just bulges at the bottom
and never seems to fill up towards the top.
Is it always like this?
It doesn't look very pretty as an everyday bag.
