(Kim Yong) Did Li Qiushui master the Northern Ming Divine Skill?

First, there is the setting where Xiaoyao taught his three disciples—Cheonsan Dongmo, Muaeja, and Li Qiushui—the Eight Desolations and Six Harmonies Lone Self-Exaltation Skill, the Northern Ming Divine Skill, and the Lesser Formless Skill, respectively.
All three are peerless martial arts, and while their master Xiaoyao possessed all of them, the disciples likely focused on their own specific arts and weren't quite at the master's level.
The problem is that Li Qiushui constantly tried to kill Cheonsan Dongmo, and in terms of martial arts, Li Qiushui was initially a step below Cheonsan Dongmo.
Given that, would Muaeja, who loved them both and studied martial arts alongside them, have withheld the Northern Ming Divine Skill from Li Qiushui?
And while I'm not sure if it's even possible to master both martial arts, from Li Qiushui's perspective, it seems like something she would have naturally attempted.
Furthermore, since the characteristic of the Lesser Formless Skill is the rapid copying of other martial arts...
(Though I'm not sure if that applies to the Northern Ming Divine Skill as well...)
