D-71 Running

Today's assignment: 500 30km, 2km warm-up, 2.5km cool-down. It started raining right at the departure time! It felt refreshing to run like this after a long time. Once the rain stopped and the sun started to peek out, I could definitely see my heart rate rising in the latter half. I intended to finish the workout at 30km, but someone joined me from the 28km mark, so I ran an extra 2km. Even if it's someone you've never met before, running with someone definitely makes it feel less boring and less exhausting. It's a humid weekend with rain, but I hope you all have a great time enjoying the cool breeze. Fighting today as well!!
