Why are there so many Westerners and non-Asians at COEX and Starfield Library?

Places like Myeongdong or Anguk seem to have a balanced mix.
Seongsu or Apgujeong also have a mix, but it feels like there are significantly more Asians (specifically women).
However, at COEX or Starfield Library, there seem to be a particularly high number of Westerners and non-Asian tourists.
I've been curious about this for a while—is there a specific reason?
