Does the view from the "Big Short" user on M-Park have any basis?

The claim that the KOSPI will soon drop from 7200 to 5000
I'm wondering if they are just guessing,
analyzing charts,
or looking at it from a macro perspective.
They seemed to have the aura of an expert.
