What is so good about Tesla?

Aside from the good autonomous driving features, I want to know what the advantages of Tesla cars are. For example, whether the ride quality is good or the durability is high.
I am currently looking for a new car after saying goodbye to my 2009 Avante, but as of now, the autonomous driving feature doesn't feel like a major merit to me.
