Why is the domestic economy bad despite the export boom?

Is it because Taiwan has a similar structure to ours..
They say the country and corporations are doing well,
but the livelihoods of ordinary people and the real economy are constantly worsening..
It's the same in Korea too.
Is it K-shaped polarized growth?
Is it because only large corporations in the semiconductor sector are booming due to the AI craze, while other sectors have mediocre performance?
Or is it because money isn't circulating...
