Any brothers out there have tips for quitting or moderating alcohol?

It's been over 2 years since I quit smoking (due to circumstances where I absolutely cannot smoke),
but I just can't control my drinking ㅠㅠ
Sometimes I binge drink, and other times I drink small amounts over a very long period of time.
I would be very grateful if anyone could share their tips for quitting or moderating alcohol ㅠㅠ
