I have a question about UFC rules

In a video of some Chinese MMA or something,
I saw a technique where, when being caught in a guillotine, the fighter throws the attacker backward in a parabolic motion to counter and potentially crush the cervical spine.
Is this type of move not allowed in the UFC?
