Zuppa soup from the American casual Italian restaurant Olive Garden

A place I used to visit occasionally when I lived in the US
is a franchise restaurant called Olive Garden....
Among the dishes I ate there, the most memorable menu item
is a soup called zuppa soup.
It's so popular that most people order it..
How should I put it..
The aroma of sausage + a bit of spiciness + incredible umami..
I don't know about other things..
but I crave this dish from time to time..
