The 20-day account opening restriction and limited accounts are infuriating

Even if you find a good savings account,
if you're unlucky, you have to wait a whole month.
Even when I try to participate in account opening events,
I can't even do it properly.
I question whether it is right to force this inconvenience on the entire nation
just to block a small number of fraudulent accounts.
