I have been drinking a lot over the last 1 to 2 years.
Previously, I used to drink only 1 to 2 times a week, and there were many days when I didn't drink at all.
But over the last 1 to 2 years, I've been drinking 4 to 5 times a week.
Since I mostly drink alone, I don't consume a huge amount (roughly about one bottle of Soju),
but I definitely feel incredibly exhausted lately whenever I move around a lot.
Even today, I woke up around 8 AM to go out somewhere during the day,
drove around, and wandered about,
but about 1 to 2 hours after lunch, I passed out in the car and slept for about 30 minutes.
This has been happening quite often lately.
(Fortunately, it doesn't seem to be just postprandial somnolence)
I think it's time to start taking care of my health.
Personally, I plan to:
Eat low-fat foods.
Focus on rice-based meals while practicing various ways to reduce blood sugar spikes.
Most importantly, stop drinking alcohol.
As for exercise, I'll continue what I'm doing now: light jogging, push-ups, and simple bodyweight squats 2 to 3 times a week.
I feel the importance of managing my health more and more as I get older.
