Future Trunks from Dragon Ball fights most efficiently

Frieza was testing the waters to slowly increase his power, but Trunks just cleanly one-shot him and sliced him in half
Even in the future, when facing Androids 17 and 18, he smashed them to pieces with full power from the very start
And in the Cell Saga, he threw him up and erased him without leaving a single speck of dust using a high-power energy blast
Fighting should be like Trunks
Goku and Vegeta were just testing the waters, eventually creating Perfect Cell and even resurrecting him ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
In additional lore, Babidi appears in Future Trunks' timeline to try and resurrect Majin Buu, but Trunks stops him from being able to resurrect him at all
