I recovered from a severe body ache/cold, but do I still need a flu shot?

I overexerted myself for a few days, and suddenly I had chills and cold sweats in the middle of the night, and my whole body felt like it had been beaten all day.
Fortunately, I went to work for a bit yesterday, took a half-day off, came home, had a sauna, took some medicine, and slept for 12 hours, so my condition is back up to about 80%, except for a slight headache.
I feel like I've already had the flu once this year, but should I still get the flu vaccination?
