16km Run

First of all, the heart rate reading is an error. It measured much too low for a long period in the middle. If measured normally, it would likely be in the low-to-mid 120s.
Today is a bit of a recovery day. Yesterday's run was somewhat intense, and I am planning a long run tomorrow.
It finally feels like an autumn dawn. It was below 20 degrees, the humidity wasn't too high, and it was clear without any clouds. Since the weather was so nice, I ran at a 5:40 pace, but it felt like I was running in the 6-minute pace range. My shoes felt nice and dry too. haha
