Is the Giants' bullpen always this bad??

They had a 6-run lead, but they couldn't hold the top of the 9th. They gave up a solo home run, then a grand slam, giving up 7 runs and losing... It wasn't even just 1 or 2 runs; I've never seen them lose like that right as the game was ending...
