Seoul real estate feels like another world

If you go to Cheonggyecheon in Seoul, there are small performances amidst the flowing water
And sometimes ballet performances are held at Seokchon Lake in Jamsil
The infrastructure is great and it's so easy to enjoy free cultural activities,
so Seoul does look attractive,
But I don't think these Jeonse prices are something an average office worker can afford,
so it feels like being in another world
If transportation is greatly improved to make entering Seoul easier,
some people might move out to Gyeonggi-do or Incheon,
But because of the jobs, infrastructure, and cultural life, I think Seoul housing prices
will continue to trend upward, and the prices will eventually head into a fantasy world.
