Have you ever attended a wedding after only receiving a mobile invitation?

At my own wedding, I handed out physical invitations, held gathering meetings to distribute them, and even hosted a thank-you meal after the ceremony.
Since the venue was in a distant area, I even chartered a shuttle bus.
Then, I was transferred to a location about an hour away.
Now, someone contacted me after a year saying they are getting married,
but they only sent a mobile invitation.
In this case, should I just send a congratulatory money gift equivalent to what I received,
or should I actually attend the wedding? What should I do?
I know I'm just looking for validation, but I feel a bit disappointed.
I'm thinking about just sending the money and cutting ties, sigh.
