Lee Jae-myung said "it's okay to disparage the President," but now... reported for insult over 'satirical T-shirt'

The CEO of a custom T-shirt manufacturing company claims they were reported for insult after producing a T-shirt satirizing President Lee Jae-myung.
On the 11th, individual A posted on their social media (SNS), saying, “I received a call from the police station,” and “They said a report has been filed for insulting President Lee Jae-myung. They said the case will be transferred to my local jurisdiction.”
The accompanying photo shows a custom T-shirt that appears to have been produced by A. In particular, the revealed T-shirt drew attention for featuring the phrase 'WE ARE FAMILY' alongside an image of President Lee Jae-myung wearing a tight-fitting T-shirt with tattoos on his arms.
Regarding the T-shirt, A explained, “I received an order and produced it as a custom item.” This explanation implies that they did not personally design the graphics but manufactured them upon request.
