For those who use the Nike Run Club app while wearing an Apple Watch (Question)

When I start a run on the Nike Run Club app on my phone,
it gives me voice updates for every kilometer (while wearing AirPods).
But when I start the Nike Run Club app via my Apple Watch,
the voice updates don't play every kilometer... Is it supposed to be like this?
