I really can't understand the Jeju police

I mean, if the police want to push the suicide narrative that badly,
they must have clear photographic evidence, right?
They would have taken photos when the body was discovered (like the rope or signs of a struggle), wouldn't they?
Why don't they just release them, even if they have to mosaic them? It would be easy.
Don't tell me they didn't take photos and destroyed the evidence?
Or is it because there was no evidence of suicide to begin with?
What on earth is the reason?
