Calling Jamsil an "outskirt" area? lol

My family home is in Banpo,
my workplace is in Myeong-dong,
and I currently live in Seongdong-gu.
I have never once felt that Jamsil was an outskirt or far away when going there.
It's not like we're talking about Gyeo, Macheon, or Wirye.
People who claim that Jamsil-dong, which is right next to Samseong-dong, is an outskirt area
are basically just proving that they live in a lower-tier part of Seoul that makes it inconvenient for them to get to Jamsil.
