With a PhD in Economics, he has served as Head of the Economic Analysis Division and Head of the General Policy Division within the Economic Policy Bureau,
as well as an IBRD economist and Director General of the Economic Policy Bureau. He is an elite who has held only core positions as an economic official,
serving as Assistant Minister and Vice Minister under two different administrations.
Don't you think he will excel as the head of the economy if he is appointed as Minister of Finance and Deputy Prime Minister?
