Is the bear market slowly coming to an end?

If it were just a bear market, I'd be talking about real estate.
But right now, it feels more like, "Isn't this price attractive?"
I feel like I said something similar last time when prices dropped and then rebounded—asking, "Is it really this price? This low?"
I'm starting to wonder if this is that timing where stock prices are becoming attractive.
Well... not necessarily today... but if people are reacting this way, I feel like there might be those who are starting to accumulate stocks again.
