Apartment: Plate-type 14th floor vs. Tower-type 20th floor (Royal Building)

Both are 84 type.
I am currently considering purchasing a pre-sale right for move-in in 2028 as I am getting married.
The former is Type A.
The latter is Type C.
(Type C is said to be the "Royal Building" because it is closer to the elementary school and has access to the sky lounge and community facilities.)
The premium for the latter is higher, but there is a quick sale available, so I am currently negotiating a price that isn't much different from Type A.
Since many people say the plate-type is better, I am having a hard time deciding.
I would appreciate your expert advice!!
