Getting military service exemptions for Asian Games gold medals is a bit frustrating

The prestige once symbolized by the Olympics has faded, and as for "enhancing national prestige"? I'm not so sure. Above all, getting an exemption just for winning an Asian Games gold medal? That's over the top.
It's not the 80s anymore; this seems to be in urgent need of improvement.
Honestly, an Asian Games gold medal is a step below an Olympic podium, so this should be abolished quickly. Furthermore, I believe Olympic exemptions should only apply to gold medals, not gold, silver, and bronze.
