Is T1's draft really solely Coach Tom's fault?

These aren't things Tom can just decide to do on his own

And in Game 4, giving up Cassiopeia to get Rumble, the team must have organized the tier list together with the players.
The decision to counter Cassiopeia with Orianna was likely made because Faker said he could handle it
For young teams like DWG, cvMax's influence is over 90%
But for a veteran-heavy team like T1, I'd say the ratio is about 7 players to 3 coaching staff
