What it means to rank first among the top 5 major public institutions (The meaning of being a "public enemy")

There is something I can currently predict. I have interviewed three times, and I received a perfect score of 100 all three times, with all 15 interviewers giving me 100 points.
However, at one particular public institution, the interviews were conducted solely by external interviewers. This means that while the company handles the recruitment, they do not participate in any part of the actual selection process. Instead, external interviewers conduct the interviews.
I suspect that a prosecutor from the Busan District Prosecutors' Office might have been deployed as one of these external interviewers. (This is just my speculation.) It is possible that they could think, "This kid is a troublemaker," and intentionally deduct points during the interview. But they are supposed to evaluate objectively.
Even when evaluating objectively, they all gave me 100 points. Even that prosecutor had no choice but to give me 100 points.
That proves the kid is upright.
Furthermore, when working at that public institution, personnel from the NIS (National Intelligence Service) might have been involved. But as I said, there were no issues.
If I am working objectively with those people and there are no issues,
then how should I understand this "Busan incident"?
Why is the situation set up so poorly that the kid has to take the blame? Didn't he just do exactly what he was told to do?
People probably think, "He must have attended a prep academy, right?" I never attended an academy even once. That is why the people inside the public institution were so surprised.
"What really shocked me was that while everyone else's scores were low, you alone received 100 points across the board. Did you attend an academy? You never went to an academy, yet you got perfect scores? Our company is truly a major organization, so even if you interview at other companies, you will likely receive 100 points most of the time."
