Based on what has been revealed, is there any reason for Son Heung-min to be criticized?

‌
Regarding the table tennis incident, the senior players told Son Heung-min not to play because there is an important upcoming match, but things went wrong while they were playing table tennis.
What people are fed up with is the '96 line' (players born in 1996) bringing up retirement and using the national team as a form of semi-threat.
If Son Heung-min truly lacks leadership or has serious disqualifying flaws, they could just target him directly.
Instead of spreading baseless speculation, if we look at the circumstances, news reports, and facts, one might admit that Son Heung-min's leadership is somewhat lacking, but I believe it is an undeniable fact that the others have even bigger problems.
People keep bringing up the "Room 2701" incident, but that was also used by the '96 line,' and from a personal standpoint, if a massage therapist is thought to be effective, I don't see why that would be a major issue.
In real life, I have never seen anyone criticize Son Heung-min, but strangely, in online community opinions, the criticism is split half-and-half between Son Heung-min and the '96 line.'
