Is it worth paying 850,000 KRW for a studio unit with an in-room washing machine?

I'm looking for a place because I need to stay somewhere on a short-term basis. Officetels seem too expensive, and some newly built studio units (wonrumtel) nearby look decent, but they are around 850,000 KRW. If the room has a shower, a toilet, and a washing machine, would that price be reasonable?
