I expect housing prices to drop significantly starting next year

I also bought an apartment in A-Pat for 700 million won two years ago.
It was recently trading at 1.2 billion won,
but I plan to sell it soon.
Even if it's not a total crash, I think it will drop to around 900-1 billion won,
and even Jamsil A-Pat, a premium location, will likely see a correction from 3.5 billion won down to 2.5-2.8 billion won.
