Why has the image of Threads users become so bad lately?

Previously, the image was somewhat like a gathering of "Young Fifty" or "Young Sixty" types—a mix of Clien and Bobae Dream.
But lately, it feels like the image has become much worse.
Why is it getting criticized so much, being called a "Cyber Senior Center" or a platform to avoid at all costs?
Since it's an SNS with a very high age demographic,
people seem to believe in things like conspiracy theories a lot. Is it because of that?
