Monthly rent for officetels in front of Incheon University area barely increases...

Small studio-type officetel...
When I first moved in 2 years ago, I started with a 5 million KRW deposit and 850,000 KRW monthly rent.
I was paying 900,000 to 1,000,000 KRW for short-term stays, but I just signed a new 1-year contract for only 10 million/850,000.
The rent hasn't gone up even a little bit in 2 years..
Lately, monthly rents for apartments, two-room, and three-room officetels have been skyrocketing ㅠㅠㅠ
