I want to watch Apple TV...

I heard that the new season (Season 6) of Slow Horses is going to be amazing,
so I want to watch the previous seasons before it opens in September.
Apple TV is included within TVING,
and it's telling me to upgrade my subscription.
But looking at the price..

19,500 KRW... wow.
I'm currently using the Ad-supported Standard plan, which is 6,300 KRW.
If I subscribe to Apple TV separately, it's 6,500 KRW.
That makes a total of 12,800 KRW..
I don't understand why Apple TV within TVING is so expensive....;;;;;
